The primary goal of this workshop is to introduce project management – what, why, who, where, when, and how. In addition, the workshop will introduce the organizing framework of project management, including the key principles, knowledge domains, life cycle, processes, tools, and techniques. If time permits, we will also briefly discuss the Project Management Institute (PMI) and its certifications.
As a part of the workshop, we are planning two activities:
1. Discussion on the projects in your professional and personal work
