Preparing for Summer Session 2024 Online
Instructional Technology and Design Services (ITDS) and the Summer Session Office invite you
to participate in a half-day, online faculty development event to help you get ready for the summer
semester. Both new and experienced faculty are encouraged to attend to learn about important
changes and modifications to Canvas, including the introduction of New Quizzes, as well as other
new instructional technologies to promote student engagement, innovative teaching practices,

Get Ready for Canvas New Quizzes New Quizzes is the new quiz tool now available in Canvas. New Quizzes allows for new question types, additional quiz setting options, and enhanced student performance analytics. In this session you will learn about the new quiz options (Hot Spot, Categorization, and Stimulus questions) and the differences between our current quiz tool and New Quizzes. |
