The Montclair's Administrative Professional (M.A.P.) program is part of our Summer Learning Series and targets the key competencies vital to personal and professional success. M.A.P. is a competency-based development program for Montclair State University administrative staff who want to update current skills and learn new strategic, interpersonal and management competencies to ensure future career success. M.A.P. supports the development of more consistent standards for skill and knowledge requirements across administrative positions.

Professionalism is more about how you do your job and present yourself than it is about completing tasks and projects. In this session, explore the nuances of developing a professional presence that impresses and inspires. From digital etiquette to personal branding, we'll delve into actionable strategies to help you cultivate a compelling professional persona that resonates with colleagues, supervisors, and students.
