The Montclair's Administrative Professional (M.A.P.) program is part of our Summer Learning Series and targets the key competencies vital to personal and professional success. M.A.P. is a competency-based development program for Montclair State University administrative staff who want to update current skills and learn new strategic, interpersonal and management competencies to ensure future career success. M.A.P. supports the development of more consistent standards for skill and knowledge requirements across administrative positions.

Having a customer service mindset as an administrative professional means prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of the individuals you interact with, whether they are students, colleagues, or stakeholders. Join us for an insightful session focused on elevating customer service within the University environment. We'll explore strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of students, faculty, and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and satisfaction.
