Overview

Working in higher education now requires navigating remote, hybrid environments and supporting overextended students and colleagues while navigating institutional complexity. To show up for this kind of work, we must intentionally center our well-being to thrive in this ever-changing environment.

Actualize Your Purpose consists of two coordinating sessions.

During this follow-up session, Actualize Your Purpose, Part 2: Everyday Strategies for Staying Connected to Your Well-Being, you will develop practices and strategies to actualize your purpose in our day-to-day life.
