This helpful training session, presented by subject matter expert(s) from the Employee and Labor Relations unit, is designed to provide management personnel who are responsible for completing the PAR for their staff, with a step-by-step overview of the performance assessment review (PAR) process.  This session will enhance our leaders' understanding of the requirements for a PAR and provide them with the necessary tools to successfully complete this important managerial responsibility.
