Workday Search and Hire Process Online
The search and hire process at Montclair is a critical component of the recruitment process. Following established processes and procedures is essential to uphold fairness, transparency, and legal compliance. It ensures that all candidates are evaluated consistently, helps mitigate biases, and promotes an equitable hiring environment.
During this session, we will dive into Workday to:
- Review the process for viewing the candidate pipeline for a specific job requisition or check the status of a job requisition
- Review the steps to move candidates through the search and hire process
- Review the process for providing an interview rating and making the interview decision
