Teaching Online with Impact Series: Engagement Strategies for Fostering Collaboration and Community in Online Courses Online

This workshop explores how you can foster meaningful engagement in your online course through strategies that promote student motivation, active learning, and collaboration. Using the Community of Inquiry framework, we will discuss approaches that support regular substantive interaction that helps build a strong sense of presence online. We will also explore how to design prompts and activities that encourage authentic contributions.
