Actualize Your Purpose, Part 1: Connecting Your Well-Being to Your Work

Actualize Your Purpose, Part 1: Connecting Your Well-Being to Your Work Online

Overview

Working in higher education now requires navigating remote, hybrid environments and supporting overextended students and colleagues while navigating institutional complexity. To show up for this kind of work, we must intentionally center our well-being to thrive in this ever-changing environment.

Actualize Your Purpose consists of two coordinating sessions.

This is the first session, Actualize Your Purpose, Part 1: Connecting Your Well-Being to Your Work, which walks you through aligning your values, priorities, and work. During the follow-up session, Actualize Your Purpose, Part 2: Everyday Strategies for Staying Connected to Your Well-Being, you will develop practices and strategies to actualize your purpose in your day-to-day life.
